Will it just take one session?  Yes just two hours is all it takes


Is there a guarantee?  If you ever start smoking again I will redo the session for free.  I've had a couple of people that think that just one won't hurt after they have been smoke free for several months.  I redo the session and they now understand that just one is too much.  Just one tells their unconscious that they are back to being a smoker.
